James van Zyl
Director
James van Zyl (Director) has 17 years’ experience in the Training field and has an Education, Training and Development Diploma achieved through Maccauvlei Learning Academy. He was employed as a Training Manager at one of South Africa’s leading mines. His mechanical qualification ensures that he is acquainted with engineering practices.
James has successfully implemented ISO Standards with his team and holds a Lead Auditor position. Together, James and his team hold a 100% success rate for implementations since 2017.
Mandi van Zyl
Director
Mandi van Zyl (Director) has implemented, maintained and audited ISO Standards Since 1999.
Mandi is well acquainted with the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems which combines the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards into one system and can facilitate the implementation of electronic management systems to enhance output and reporting functions.
Not only did Mandi hold a Quality Superintendent post at one of South Africa’s leading mines where she ensured that their Integrated Management System was sustained and remained certified for 07 years before leaving to start SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd, but she also has a history of implementing systems in non-mine related companies.
Alexander Kevin Kee
Operations Manager
Alex is a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 Standards. He is a specialist in systems and assists the Directors with implementations, readiness and gap audits, business improvement models as well as provides training on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Online and Inhouse.
Alex also manages SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd Operations, ensuring successful maintenance of internal systems, processes and the achievement of our strategic objectives and targets. One of his primary roles is to ensure that SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd maintains their 9001:2015 Certification. His functions include planning, organizing, staffing, auditing, managing of subject matter experts on projects and consultations.
Through the introduction of innovative electronic system platforms, Alex has improved on the output of SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd.’s projects and has proved to be a valuable asset to SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd. His understanding of the requirements of the Standards combined with his professional engagement with the client have contributed to his 100% success rate in implementations and certifications.
