I started looking for ISO 9001-2015 in May 2022 and the certification body came for an Audit in July 2022. They found that I have nothing that they can Audit; even the knowledge of what they are looking for. I didn’t know where to start as I didn’t know about the ISO Implementation until I got SHEQ IMS’s contacts. Mandi van Zyl welcomed me with open arms, as if she knew me for ages. I explained to her what I wanted and she said they would help me to get certified.

Mandi gave me ISO 9001:2015 training and my eyes started to open. After the training I understood where I’m going. The journey became easier day by day. I received mentoring and support from the whole staff of SHEQ-IMS.  I started with SHEQ-IMS in August and Phase 6 was completed on 13 December 2022. On 31 January 2023 I was audited by the certification body for the second audit, it was so easy and the Auditor was also impressed for the progress that he found compared to the first audit. I got my ISO Certification in February 2023.

SHEQ-IMS helped me understand Quality and mentored me in the journey that I’m walking in as the Managing Director of Boeenelo’s Trading and Projects.
